Ever been in the Inner West of Sydney and wanted to do some good old op shopping to find your newest fit or latest treasure?
Well, here are some of the best places to do so:
No.1: Noffs Newtown

Starting off with a classic, this Noffs tops the list. Nestled quietly on Enmore Road, it is in the epicentre of the Sydney vintage fashion scene in the trendy suburb of Newtown.
Noffs Newtown offers all the cool fashion and goods one would expect of the suburb at an affordable price, dodging what is often referred to as the “Newtown Tax”.
No.2: Salvos Surry Hills
Continuing with the theme of op shops in trendy suburbs, Salvos in Surry Hills is another affordable gem.
Located on Crown St, this Salvos has your usual op shop goods as well as a few curated vintage gems.
And the volunteers are just as cool as their stock.
No.3: St Luke’s Op Shop, Enmore
One of the smaller op shops on this list, St Luke’s Op Shop is located on the bustling centre of Enmore Road, nestled next to a church.
From cute little knick-knack homewares that will brighten up your home to affordable clothing to freshen up your wardrobe, St Luke’s is definitely worth the dig through.

No.4: Noffs Petersham
Another Noffs entry, Petersham may be smaller than its Newtown counterpart but that does not mean it has less quality stock.
Located on the bustling Parramatta Road, this Noffs is more clothing oriented, but the amazing clothing does not disappoint.
With most stock being under the $20 mark, Noffs Petersham is another affordable gem.
No.5: Salvos Leichhardt
Another gem on Parramatta Road, Salvos Leichhardt is perhaps the largest on this list.
Located on the main stretch close to Norton Plaza, Leichhardt Salvos has easy access parking at the back, so you do not have to haul your new goodies for miles.
This Salvos is highly curated, with sections dedicated to designer and vintage clothing as well as curation by garment size. Which makes it extremely accessible for the customer.

Not only does this Salvos have a vast selection of garments but its homeware selection is great too. From great literature to toys and even furniture, you can’t go amiss with Leichhardt Salvos.
On the more affordable side of op shops for the area, this Salvos is a true Inner West gem.
So, there you have it, five of the best op shops in the Inner West area for you to redecorate your home and wardrobe.
Happy hunting!
